Tony has over 12 years experience in the global sourcing and sale of construction and mining assets focusing on wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders and dozers and buying and selling globally to the USA, South America, Canada, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Tony was responsible for the growth, development and eventual sale of Millard Machinery to Grays and remains in the business as Managing Director.

Bernard has over 20 years’ experience in the industrial industry including, Agricultural, Mining- Civil and Construction Equipment as well as the transport industry, Bernard has recently joined the Millard team coming across from Grays WA in his role as the State Manager for the past 6 years.
Some of Bernard’s achievements in the industry, were securing several OEM manufactures for the distribution rights in Australia and New Zealand, such as XCMG, Palazzini, Arcusin and was responsible for setting up dealer networks throughout Australia and NZ.
